Double the taxes who earn more than 8 lakhs in a month and use it to eradicate poverty and illiteracy..

I think the government is not affording much to eradicate the poverty upto such an exent. So if the millionaires or billionaires and above would contribute to the society, then it could help both the government and the poor to eradicate poverty..
