Down with the red light cameras in texas once and for all. The scare tactics of the agencies to inflict credit reporting (even though texas statutes say they cant legally do that the tickets say they can), and the goodnature of the people of texas (rather pay for grandmas or kids tickets than incriminating family to clear their own name and prove their innocence. Lets call this what it truley is, a revenue maker. The company who sought to put these in all states should be sued for their lack of consideration to the constitution which so clearly grants protection of innocent until proven guilty.
Put this to a vote from the people and we will denounce this ordinance and overturn the law back to what it should be, witnessed in person by a person and issued to the person.
