Aafia Siddiqui (Listeni/ˈɑːfiə siːˈdiːkiː/; Urdu: عافیہ صدیقی; born 2 March 1972) is a Pakistani woman who studied neuroscience in the United States. She immigrated to the US in 1990 and obtained a PhD from Brandeis University in 2001.[8]
