Draft an amendment or law which would seek to fund military engagements that exceed one year in duration by implementing a new tax code. If a military engagement should last more than one year taxes on earnings greater than $700,000 but less than $10,000,000 per annum would be taxed at 75%, taxes on earning in excess of $10,000,000 at a rate of 90%.
The tax plan should also account for Capital Gains and have a commensurate plan in place for those who earn through investments.
This type of tax plan would encourage accountability in how and when America engages in extended conflicts.
Further the taxes would support veterans upon returning from war/service.
