Draft and Design legislation to reform the current Patent system in the United States of America.

Created by G.C. on November 13, 2012

The current Patent system in the United States of America currently is lacking. The ability of overly broad patents to be issued allows corporations to stifle innovation and market growth by limiting competition. No naturally, or historically common geometric shape, word, bio-mechanical gesture, or concept should be granted patent protection.

The use of these flawed patents allow large corporations to severely restrict new access to markets, limit their own technological growth through dominate market share from lack of competition strictly for profit, and slow the technological advance of humanity.
