The government should not create new laws regarding small arms without the will of the American people. If the American people, as a whole, feel new small arm laws are needed on a federal level, it will reflect on a national vote.
My proposal comes after an official stance from the President, that states high capacity magazines should be banned. That stance, i'm sad to say, is asinine. Smaller magazines means less bullets per shooting cycle, but more magazines can be carried/concealed due to size and the shooter can still reload. Draft and pass a new amendment regarding small arms, or stay away from the 2nd amendment.
