Whereas, the justice system in America has been shown to be inadequate in defense of justice, often placing blame on the victim or incarcerating innocent people, we, the undersigned, demand that President Obama immediately draft and sign an Executive Order requiring the use of functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (fMRI) in all legal cases eliminating doubt and reducing costs to the taxpayer of the justice system. With about the same accuracy rates as DNA testing, this is a tool that must be used in determining guilt or innocence and in reducing costs of court cases, eliminating many of them by leading to guilty pleas.
