Draft a bill to allow electronic voting. Making every American's right to vote more convenient in the 21st century.

Over the course of history we've seen the ability to vote get more and more difficult. Requiring people to report on a Tuesday in November is not very convenient. If the US government was involved with creating the internet, it has every capability to allow a secure and reliable way to accept votes through text messages, emails, tweets, etc. As the sole superpower we need to lead the world in updating voting techniques for a new era. It'll encourage more participation, as well as lead to more of an ideal democratic government structuring. Let's get out the vote for today, tomorrow, and the future! I would like to thank Bill Maher who ultimately inspired me to write this petition.
