Draft a bill for Congress to nullify NAFTA, as the treaty has shown no benefit for America or her allies.

Created by K.W. on September 22, 2011

In the years that NAFTA has been in force, the manufacturing sector and farming sector of the United States have seen massive amounts of change, with many fewer employment opportunities for Americans. Additionally, mean wages in Mexico have stagnated, farm ownership has consolidated and there has been a rush of urban migration as former farmers move to cities for wage work.
Given that the NAFTA agreement isn't benefiting Mexico or the U.S.A., the Obama administration should use its influence with Congress to draft a process for dissolving the agreement.
