Draft a bill to pass before Congress proposing filibuster reform.

We the people ask that President Obama and the people in his administration draft a proposal to decrease or reform the filibusters taking place on an almost daily basis in the Senate and the House. They are harmful to the democratic process and actively hinder any attempt at cooperative lawmaking. They have become the tools of an increasingly bitter old, white, Southern hate group that refuses to accept change and we seek that President Obama address this growing threat to the stability and cooperation of the United States.
