Draft a bill to prevent members of Congress, the President, and the Judiciary from taking outside money while in office

While in office we should restrict members of congress to the income the receive from their public servant salary and earnings from wealth they already possess. This means no book deals, dinners, flights, or vacations, etc paid for by outside entities.

Let's keep their focus on pleasing us, not the lobbyists, corporations, and political activism groups that pay them off!
