draft a consumer credit score forgiveness bill as this economy has ruined individual's credit scores

The Obama Administration needs to draft a credit score forgiveness bill to forgive the bad debt which so many people are struggling with due to the economic recession. Even now that the recession is "over", individual consumers are not able to obtain financing for anything due to unsatisfactory credit scores. Without the banks lending, there cannot be any economic growth in our country. The administration will interfere with banks charging fees but will not do anything about the ridiculous "credit system" in this country. WIth things the way they are in this country, "the American Dream" is unobtainable. Everyone should have the opportunity to purchase a home, or car not just those with perfect credit scores.
