Draft an early response to petitions regarding the Westboro Baptist Church

Over the past month, multiple petitions have been put forward regarding the Westboro Baptist Church. These petitions request that the group's 501(c)(3) status be revoked, and that the group also be reclassified as a hate group by the government. Combined, these various petitions have amassed over 550,000 signatures, which is over 20 times the amount required for an administration response. As this issue is clearly of pressing concern to the American people, we request that the White House place a response at, or at least near the top of its priorities, preferably before the petitions close
