draft a law to require truth from all politicians or have them permanently removed by a random panel of constituents

any politician federally elected appointed or publicly elected or appointed who knowingly lies to the public. will be removed from politics forever.to be judged by a random panel of americans and tried for fraud by the government. then sued for every dollar they have taken from their fraudulent time in politics or public service this means lobby money, donations and sponsorship money to all democrats and republicans all the way down to mayors and federal department heads, lawyers, police chiefs all of them and any refusal of transparency will constitute a lie to the public
