Draft legislation to establish term limits in both houses of Congress.

Positions of the legislative branch of the United States should be subject to term limits to prohibit the establishment of "status quos" and dominant groups of politicians. As recent years have shown, Congress has as much control over the direction of this country, if not more, as the President of the United States. Increasing turnover in Congress will ensure that new ideas, approaches, and more open minds can easily be elected to office. Term limits should net a comparable amount of time to the Presidency - a total possible eight years over two terms. Thus, roughly every decade, the People will receive fresh, new representation which will allow the introduction of new ideas.
