Draft legislation to regulate campaign spending in order to give each qualifying party equal footing.

Utilize the Presidential election campaign fund to capture all moneys for presidential elections and section it out to provide all the funding for all election material. Instead of each candidate being responsible for fundraising on their own you would give each eligible candidate equal access to a percentage of funding from a single source and all donations for the candidates from any source goes into this pot. If there are 3 eligible candidates for office then you take the total sum of money in the fund and split it 3 ways with no other funding for election related material allowed, not even personal wealth. As for determining “eligible candidates” anyone who meets the basic determination laid out in the constitution with ballot access in at least 48 states.
