Draft new US Code to protect adults 18 and over from sexual exploitation, sexual slavery, and trafficking of persons.

Created by W.A. on January 05, 2015

18 U.S.C.2257 only pertains to record keeping, it does not protect adults over 18 from being forced, trafficked, and kept in sexual slavery, in fact, any data found by researching the records mandated by 18 U.S.C. 2257 CANNOT BE USED TO PROSECUTE ANYONE FOUND TO HAVE FORCED AN ADULT INTO SEXUAL EXPLOITATION, SLAVERY, AND TRAFFICKING!

United States Code 18 Chapter 110 corrects and remedies sexual exploitation, and other abuses of children, but there is no US Code to protect adults from sexual exploitation, sexual slavery, and trafficking in persons. I propose New US Code to fill this glaring and shocking omission of much needed justice for those past and now afflicted.
