It's easy to send Americans under fire when you have no personal stakes, as with most congressmen. Military action is taken too lightly in this country, so let's incentivize plans that one would expect a power as strong as the United States of America to develop and execute; ones that don't involve ramming rockets up every country's ass. I want to be proud to be American, and all this dick-waving and bullying in international matters is ignorant and old-fashioned. People abroad used to respect America -- or at least that's what I'm told and want to believe. Let's give them a reason to respect us again. So with all that said, my plan of action is a simple one:
If a congressman votes for miitary action, his family should be subject to the draft. A vote for war is a vote for your son, too.
