Jailed criminals can currently send and receive mail, watch TV and live a life of relative luxury. Gangs exist and are capable of executing hits (murder requests) from inside jail cells by sending secret messages which are then delivered by the Postal Service. This must end.
Criminals who go to jail should get a room in which to sit. No TV, no books, certainly no mail service, no communication. The only time they can leave their cell should be for any education or other positive reforming activity. No card games, no sports.
They should have 3 square meals a day, which should be the highlight of their day. Is it mean? Yes. Does it stink? Yes. Is going to jail a bad idea? Yes. Will people be more apt to stay out of jail upon their release? Yes. Is this a good idea? YES!
