I have made a website[1] which documents what I feel is the answer to life, the universe, and everything[2] (MSG) and worthy of a healthy grant[3]
I can prove my theory by getting access to a "mass spectrometer" which can detect compounds in a wet or dry sample. I also need to test the immune system of participants.
I would like to:
* build and sell a portable device that plugs into a smart phone that can detect mono-sodium glutamate in a sample.
* build, maintain, and operate a database of UPC codes and MSG content since the labels cannot be trusted to include records about quick service restaurants (QSRs, Fast Food)
* etc
I am OK if I am *proven* wrong but I don't think that will be the case.
