More dramatic action should be taken to ensure the security of the southern border of the United States that separates it from the country of Mexico, namely:
1. That the U.S. Government should hire U.S.-ONLY civilian construction companies to construct a wall of adequate size and defensive ability throughout the entire border
2. That any and all employee's of said companies to construct this wall would be forced to show proof of U.S. Citizenship
3. That due to the lack of security of the border appropriate hazard pay and further compensations should be given to employee's
4. That the National Guard in all states along the border be mobilized to defend construction works along the border
5. That until the Border Patrol has adequate personnel, the National Guard take over security of it
