The military receives trillions upon trillions of taxpayer dollars annually. That money is used to "liberate" countries that didn't ask for it, and the killing of thousands of humans just trying to defend their lands and what they believe is right.
The production of missiles, bombs and munitions of all kinds costs billions of dollars, and they all have only one use. It costs millions of dollars to make one missile, transport it, arm it, and fire it, just for it to blow up once, and kill more people. A missle can't feed the hungry, a bomb can't house the poor.
It is time for us, as humans, to stand for peace above all else, the military should be for the defence and protection of the American people, and NOTHING else
We should put this money towards technological and scientific growth.
