Drastically reduce corn subsidies!

I believe that the massive amount of money that is currently spent on corn subsidies should be drastically reduced. Currently corn subsidies allow it to be the cheapest cash crop on the market. This allows businesses to very cheaply put larges amounts of it into their products. This includes high-fructose corn syrup which has lead to the obesity epidemic in the United States and across the world. Sugar and sugar like products(high-fructose corn syrup) were never meant to be so easily accessible at such a low cost. This corn is also fed to our livestock due to its extreme cheap cost, this is from the ground up changing the natural cycle of life and all the food we eat. The natural cycle of cows clearing and then fertilizing the land is broken due to this. The quality of our food is dropping
