The act of taking innocent lives is abominable. This is spoken against in the Koran as well as other religious books. Our administration has made rash accusations against Muslim communities in wake of the recent violent attacks in Boston, which position the US government and its citizenry as waging a war against the Muslim religion.
I am petitioning the government to apologize for statements made by Joe Biden, insinuating that the verdict on these crimes had been established before a trial has commenced and, in effect, declaring the bombing suspects guilty before the right to a trial had commenced. In addition, the Vice President attributed the motivation to that of "jihad", a term that has been distorted by the administration to insinuate violent intent, rather than that of "struggle".
