The Distinguished Gentlemen of Spoken Word is an program with three pillars Community Building, Character Based, and Committed Brotherhood. Dramatic spoken word poetry is what they use to convey illustrations of positive empowerment, insight, and motivation. Their words have been heard from Cleveland, Ohio to the Embassy of Paris, France. The Distinguished Gentlemen, since 2008, has been working without refusal of quitting on their dream to perform for President Obama before he leaves office. The director and these young men have sent over 100 emails and postal mail, written letters, books and CDs all to the White House, yet no reply. Creating this petition is to gather as much of the nations support in helping the future leaders of tomorrow meet with the leader of the free world today.
