The dress code in schools should be changed because it infringes upon the 1st amendment as well as the 9th. Dress code in schools are also usually more directed towards females, when there are many things males shouldn't be wearing as well. The dress code infringes upon my right to express myself and my right to individuality. Students shouldn't be restricted by their dress so that they are not a distraction. Clothing that is not explicitly sexual should be allowed, such as shoulders being shown and holes in jeans. Dress does not infringe our education, so it should not be a strict rule.
