Drive the FAA to Support Innovation

Created by E.M. on August 15, 2014

The FAA recently made a ruling against sites that connect people with private pilots, in which the passengers help pay for the costs, but never more to the pilots. This ruling makes no sense, and is derogatory to aviation-- as fuel prices rise, pilots more than ever need to share the cost to enjoy their passion, plus, this helps create more jobs in the US, at what appears to be no cost to safety or cost to the FAA.
This is to encourage the Obama administration to tell the FAA to start supporting pilots and small business.
