Drive out any foreign troops from American soil. This includes U.N peacekeepers or any other foreign bodies.

We the people would respectfully ask that any and all foreign bodies, military or any other peacekeeping forces be removed from American soil. Under Article 1 Section 8, clause 15, congress has the obligation to protect the peoples constitutional rights by ejecting any foreign bodies that pose a threat to national security of the United States.
