Every ten years drivers will take a refresher safety course centered on drunk and aggressive driving. It will be self-funded by a flat rate fee paid at state designated locations similar to emission test but at a driving schools. A percentage will be used to give relief to drunk and aggressive driving victims.
Drivers who fail to appear at designated locations will have their driver’s license suspended after three notices. Also, drivers will need to pass a quiz to complete course successfully.
