Drone attacks, and civilian casualties

As we all know drones are being widely used across the globe, mainly by the U.S. Many times we have seen that drone attacks against "potential terrorists" end up resulting in deaths of the innocent. I say that the United States government should restrict drone use, and hold people accountable for civilian casualties. Every time a drone causes civilian casualties, the American reputation lowered. This can cause more people of the area to turn to terrorism against the United States, and weakens our alliances. The United States needs to answer against civilian casualties caused by drones.
