On September 15, 2011 Judge Charles D. Sheldon denied Joe Grumbine an affirmative (medical marijuana) defense which is part of State Law Prop.215 & SB 420 in the State of California against the felony charges he is facing for operating two legal medical marijuana collectives. That means the jury who decides their fate will not hear a single word in reference to medical marijuana our State Right!
This petition request all charges be dropped and his case dismissed.
