We the People do hereby ask and demand, that all efforts should be made by the Dept. Of Justice of the United States, to drop all pending Charges of Speeding and Inspection which are currently being held in the state of New York against Distinguished Rabbi H. Posen from the "Kol Hashiur" Organization.
We believe that this was most probably a misunderstanding between the officer and Rabbi H., Who is by all means a righteous citizen, and never attempted to cross the law by any given circumstance, as the rabbi always is teaching that "V'eamech Kilum Tzadikim" (You shall always be righteous).
he car driven at the time of the stated incident was not even owned by the rabbi, and we ask to close this case on a permanent basis.
