Drop Arizona as a State.

I kindly ask for Arizona to become its own country. While the United States of America is desperately trying to move away from bigotry, ignorance and discrimination, Arizona continues to pull in the opposite direction. I understand they are free to desire a land of only white and heterosexual people, even though the state sits on what used to be Mexico (not even that long ago), so I believe this is in their best interest, as well as ours, the rest of the country. To make things run smoothly for Arizona during the transition process, I petition a diplomatic liaison put them in touch with Russia and Uganda, as they seem to be similar in values and ideology; in fact, the new Arizonian constitution could easily be modeled after much Uganda's.
