Please drop Attorney General Nominee Lynch and replace her with another Nominee. Lynch has indicated she is against marijuana legalization, and does not agree with President Obama on marijuana policy. We do not need an Attorney General who cannot see the logic and necessity of legalizing marijuana. Please appoint a nominee who will honor the President's stance on legalizing marijuana and end the discriminatory enforcement of current marijuana laws.
