Drop fines and charges against Marine Sgt. Craig Pusley and remove the dishonorable stamp.

Created by A.G. on January 02, 2013

A Valley Marine calls himself to duty at an elementary school. Sgt. Craig Pusley wears his desert fatigues outside a school. He is not armed & took it upon himself to stand guard outside the school. The school loved it & the principal thanked him. He did not receive pay or take any breaks. He did this because he felt he needed to. His reward? Marine Corp Reservists say he violated protocol by wearing his fatigues instead of dress uniform in public. He is now facing 5 years in jail & a $10,000 fine. Not to mention they have changed his honorable discharge to dishonorable. This man served two tours in Iraq & is now writing a letter to the president apologizing for his actions.

Sign the petition to retract the fine and jail time and reinstate his honorable discharge with an official apology.
