Drop income taxes down to less than 10% for all US citizens (wealthy or not). This will help bring the economy up.

By dropping income taxes to atleast 10% (the lower the better) on everyone It will encourage wealthy people to come to our country. It would create more jobs because we wouldn't be giving so much of our earned money to the government. The government spending is so wasteful anyway. Just look at the IRS and their multi-million dollar parties.
It may not seem like it, but it would boost the economy and eventually bring in more revenue because the wealthy celebrities, companies, athletes, government officials would keep their citizenship here rather than in Monaco or some place with better taxes!
