This petition is for the prevention of a magazine capacity restrictions on any magazine that hold more then ten rounds unless In the military or a police officer. I am a fire arms owner my pistol holds fifteen round standard. This is a way to take rights from responsible gun owners for the faults of criminals. They say it would cut down on mass shootings by making a criminal have to reload more. I know for a fact most individuals can reload around or under 3 seconds this ban won't stop gun crimes. it will just make criminals carry more magazines or by large capacity mags on the black market where they aquire most of the weapons they use. while taking away the potential of a responsible gun owner to stop said criminals
