Drop the penalty for not having insurance through the ACA.

As an American citizen who works long hours, who makes too much money to qualify for low cost insurance, yet cannot afford the $300+ a month for basic health insurance. Because I cannot afford basic health insurance, I will be required to pay a penalty fee, as stated the first year is $95 per adult in 2014. Then the penalty goes to $325 per adult in 2015, to $695 a adult in 2016. As someone who had their insurance taken away almost 10 years ago because of new regulations. I am afraid the only way I can "afford" this new required insurance is for me to quit my job, and rely solely on the government to live, through government housing, food stamps, and unemployment. Like millions of Americans already are. So Mr. President, please do away with this penalty fee, as it will be a burden to many.
