A way to give ISIL a major hit without dropping bombs.
Suggest we setup the most massive communication operation this world has ever seen and our message is this:
“If you want to leave ISIL, you’re not alone. Contact us for help.”
Drop a 5 trillion leaflets on ISIL controlled regions. We would help this person leave via the Internet, phone, anyhow we can. We CAN ALSO use the Internet against ISIL, to weaken those around them, just like they weakened them against us in the first place.
The second part of this petition is another communication strategy that will ensure our future safety, without dropping bombs as well. We need to be reaching out to those who are at risk of becoming influenced by terrorist organizations(recruiters). We should be ashamed at our efforts to educate people.
