Dropping non violent felonies will lower crime, high school drop outs, poverty, welfare and the list goes on. It will make it possible for people to work, feed their families, afford health care, create more money flow and create a county that can contribute to their own living expenses, pay their share of taxes, school loans, once again that list just goes on and on. Only positive results could be the outcome of this petition if pasted. We have to take the negitive out of what's crippling and continues blocking this nation most of all first and to start moving in a positive direction. Without this this nation will continue to worsen and even faster then ever on record to date, crime will rise so high and fast that it will not be controlable. 10 year old non violent felonies would help.
