Here is a way to pay for health care for all - let anyone smart enough who wants to be a Dr become one by the government giving money and tax incentives to the universities so the doctors would get free tuition. When they graduate they would work for the free public clinic at a livable salary for 10 years. After that they would get a raise or be able to go into private practice.
