In light of Philip Seymour Hoffman's death on the suspicion of drug overdose and it happened on the day of the Superbowl...why not create an agency to oversee movie stars, singers and the like on drug enforcement before they are able to make a movie, a record etc...these entertainers have a big influence in society on their news. The players whether its basketball, football, baseball...etc. have drug guidelines why not the movie stars? Specially that Justin Bieber runs around drunk and high then makes a mockery of our system
