We are seeing too many stories on drugs and companies taking advantage of no markup percentage cap. They take a $5 drug and mark it up to $500-$1000 (all profit going into CEO's pockets). This is ridiculous and needs to be addressed. These are sometimes life threatening drugs to save lives. There should be a markup cap % and possibly even markup cap % of the devices that deliver the drugs.
On top of this markup cap there should be complete transparency on how much each drug and delivery system costs.
Please address this dangerous and out of control issue!
