Many jobs across the U.S. require a drug screening to obtain a job and/or receive a check. Why is the same not required of those that can not get a job. It is not invasion of privacy just as it is not an invasion for a job to require drug screening. If things can be expected of those able to work, things also can be expected of those unable.
