This will help prevent tax dollars from going into the pockets of drug abusers or drug dealers and instead ensure this money goes to the people WHO truly need it.
To many people, low income families collect welfare who are more then capable of working but are too lazy too search for that job; and they are abusing the system by buying drugs.

A " DRUG TEST" Needs to be in AFFECT to collect WELFARE to prove that you are a deserving American Citizen.
If you are on prescribed "NARCOTICS" you should have to show your medical documentation when applying for WELFARE so you can be approved to show that you are not an abusive drug user/drug dealer.
