Drug test ALL elected members of the three branches of government.

I believe that it should be passed into law that all elected officals in the three branches of the United States Federal government (Executive, Legislative and Judicial) be required to pass a drug screen before taking office as well as participate in a random testing program with a requirement for annual testing for illegal substance use.
Any official that fails said test or refuses to comply shall be terminated without delay and denied any and all pay and benefits.
