If we are truly going to fight a "War on Drug (abuse)" then we need to implement testing in a prioritized fashion.
Currently, we don't test those who control our economy.
We don't test those who send us to war.
We don't test those who create and enforce laws and justice at the highest levels.
These are the people who can do the most harm.
Had we been testing, Supreme Court Chief Justice William Rehnquist would not have made decisions for years while impaired.
Let's stop drug abuse first where it can cause the most damage.
Start at the top. The President, the Congress, the Supreme Court, the Cabinet, and their staffs.
