Drug Test All Members of Congress and the Executive Branch

Due to the fact that businesses in these United States have the right to refuse employment to, or terminate any employee who tests positive for use of illegal drugs, our employees should be subject to these same tests. These elected representatives are employed by the American people and, therefore, we have the right to know which ones are using illegal substances. These employees receive salaries, healthcare, and retirement benefits that are paid for by the American people. These elected representatives should be tested, all of them, as soon as possible, and then be subject to random tests throughout their terms. If these representatives are found to have illegal drugs in their systems, they should be punished by immediate termination and loss of all benefits, including retirement.
