The vast majority of American people are continually subjected to drug testing in what is a clear violation of the Fourth Amendment of the United States Constitution.
Since many elected goverment members are unwilling to be subjected to the same drug testing laws they have forced upon us and are seemingly unable to conduct basic job functions, we the people can only conclude that many of them are on drugs.
We the American people demand that all US Government Executive and Legislative members and their staffs submit to the same unconstitutional drug testing laws (including random testing) that you deem appropriate for the rest of the citizens and that the results are made public in a monthly report.
