The government should only give welfare and unemployment checks to people who truly deserve the money they get. Sometimes the money is going to people who are honestly trying to get back on their feet, but there are too many people who abuse the help they get from our government and thus cheat the system.
Our government should spend its money on honest citizens trying to return to a better life. A single hurdle to jump before receiving a government check should be a simple and cheap urine analysis test.
